Double-extracted Marshmallow Root brings deep moisture to dry, inflamed tissue, coating the throat and lungs in a soft, healing balm.
Plantain helps restore and protect the respiratory tract by drawing out irritation and inflammation while supporting tissue repair.

This elixir is supportive during respiratory infections, asthma, seasonal allergies, and post-illness recovery. It invites ease and spaciousness back into the body, helping us release what’s been held—whether physical or emotional.

How to Use:
Take small 5-drop doses throughout the day for spiritual or emotional shifts.
For acute physical support, take 1–3 dropperfuls per day.
